Evolv Secures Series B Funding from Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, November 23, 2009 – Evolv, the leading provider of on-demand Talent Intelligence solutions, today announced that is has secured Series B funding from leading venture capital firms Khosla Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners. 

Lightspeed invested in Evolv’s Series A round while Khosla is the firm founded by Vinod Khosla, formerly a General Partner at Kleiner Perkins and founder of Sun Microsystems.

The Evolv Foresight Suite is comprised of configurable talent intelligence solutions enabling enterprises worldwide to systematically improve their operations, brands and bottom line through superior talent that stays longer. 

As a web-based, Software-as-a-Service solution, the Evolv solution combines proprietary Selection Science and a world-class technical architecture and analytics to enable businesses to most effectively align prospective and current employees with the job roles best suited for them. 

With the investment, David Weiden, general partner at Khosla, joins Evolv’s Board of Directors.
