Living Client First

As an Evolv client, expect to be engaged in recurring Business Optimization Reviews (“BOR”). Evolv convenes BORs with executive sponsors and client stakeholders as often as monthly or bi-monthly, depending on the preferences and business needs of each client.

A typical Evolv BOR will confirm client and Evolv alignment on:

     •    Value Delivered – cumulative, quantified improvements in revenue generation & cost savings
     •    Science Optimization – impacts to date, opportunities for ongoing optimization
     •    Talent Demand Planning – ensure that sourcing efforts will meet talent demands
     •    Client/Evolv Alignment Model – governance, engagement, communication protocols
     •    Key Next Steps – reconfirm key client business objectives, calibrate upcoming activity
