Evolv's $10,000 or 1% Commitment to Employment Resources

Each year, Evolv commits the greater of $10,000 or 1% of profits to designated employment development programs that help better train and develop our world’s workforce. This commitment to employment development is our way of giving back to the community that we rely on to deliver value to our clients. It is another way we “live” the Evolv mission of helping employers while simultaneously improving the lives of employees.

Job Resource Pages

As we’ve analyzed how people looking for work try to find meaningful employment, we’ve realized that a large number of job-seekers don’t know enough about the types of jobs that are available to them and are uncertain whether or not they are good matches for the jobs they do identify.

For this reason, Evolv devotes a portion of its time to building out Job Resource Pages that help educate the population of job-seekers on what certain types of jobs are really like.  Each Job Resource Page helps job-seekers understand whether they have what it takes to be successful and happy in a given job, regardless of their experience.  And it gives them valuable information to help them decide how to search for and land the job that is right for them.  See a sample of a Job Resource Page here.

Every day, scores of job-seekers use Evolv’s Job Resource Pages to educate themselves on how to find jobs that fit their needs and desires.  We build Job Resource Pages because we believe that better-informed job-seekers are more likely to find a perfect match in their next position – and this is something that is important to us as a company.
